Reformer classes will focus on building core strength and provide a full body workout to help strengthen and lengthen muscles. The Resistance that the reformer provides you with strength training also.

Private Group Mat work Classes
I also cater for small Private Group Classes which is ideal if you would like to work out with a few friends or people you know. Class size would be minimum of 2 and maximum of six people and can be held at a home or other venue of your choice.
One to Ones – Mat work
One-to-one sessions can be more appropriate if you are a complete beginner, would like to build your confidence before taking on a class situation or rehabilitating after an injury or illness.
In my one-to-one sessions I provide a personalised and bespoke service where you will learn to engage both mind and body in a steady, flowing work out that will tone, streamline and improve overall posture. Contact me to discuss times and dates that work for you.
Active ageing classes are for anyone over 60. I can work on rehabilitation if you’ve had an injury or hip/ knee replacement and general improvements on posture. I cater for people who perhaps cannot lie on a mat, so I create 30 minute sessions which can also be done sat on a chair.
