Lessons with Jo are a highlight of my week – she is fun, caring and a brilliant teacher, I could not recommend her more.
I have been attending duet sessions with Jo for the past 2 months and cannot recommend her highly enough. She tailors each class to suit your ability, taking into consideration any health issues you may have, working with you to increase your core strength and mobility. She will encourage you to challenge yourself, but always in a safe and controlled environment – she is a totally safe pair of hands. Jo’s classes are always fun and motivating, and after 10 years of Pilates classes I can honestly say that this is the first time I have totally “got it”!

I have done group Pilates classes for many years, including with Jo. I’d always really enjoyed them & found them beneficial. However, when I developed a variety of joint issues & had to be a little more precise with the exercises that I was doing, I took up the option of having 1:1 classes.I immediately noticed the difference in having sessions tailored to meet my own specific needs, as well as having having a tutor watching throughout to make any necessary adjustments to your technique. Jo is very relaxed & easy to get on with, I cannot recommend her enough.
I started Pilates with Jo about 8 weeks ago due to a hip problem, and my hip has been so much better since. The classes and 121’s are good fun and I really enjoy them, each exercise is tailored to you and areas that need improvement and work. I look forward to Saturday mornings! And have seen a real difference in my body and posture already.
